Vert Design is owned and run by Sydney-based industrial designer Andrew Simpson.

Initially derived from the idea of introducing innovation into Australians world of glass blowing Vert Design spread its wings and developed a portfolio and know-how as versatile in materials and production processes as can be. We continue to foster a sophisticated but romantic approach to products with a passion for the fusion of the technical and the beautiful.

Vert Design is a dynamic team of product designers driven by the aim to develop simple, clever products that work well, but also bear a distinguishable accent in look-and-feel.

We take an environmentally friendly approach to our design processes and seek to attain sustainability by producing products aimed to last over time through physical durability, function and novelty. In cooperation with local producers we enhance the use of materials with the smallest possible environmental impact (like recycled plastics or plastics from natural resources) always with a focus on our clients needs and possibilities.

We lead our clients through all the necessary stages to get an idea to the market; from concept development to detailed design, CAD modeling, prototyping, engineering and production management. We also offer our services to help with part reviews and quality control.
